DMCA copyright policy

Angle respects copyright. If you believe a photo uploaded to Angle infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent as described below.

How to submit a takedown notice

Email or mail a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  3. A description of the material you want removed and where it is on Angle, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where Angle may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We will forward the counter-notice to the original sender. Unless they tell us they have filed a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We will close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright, when appropriate.
